Risk Management
  
 
Risk control is a central theme to the investment and development strategies of the financial institutions. It has always fallen within the scope of the regulatory policies aiming to set up international and local prudential rules (Basel II, IFRS, MIF, LSF, etc.).


The main stake for banks is
to control and manage all their risks (liquidity, market, credit, operational, legal, business, client, etc.) and make use of effective monitoring tools.
OTC Conseil has been at the forefront in this field: definition and implementation of internal models based on VaR, stress tests and other risk indicators, modeling and management of complex derivative products, optimization of calculation processes, of risk management, and mappings.

 
Optimization and Management
 
These last few years, the STP (Straight Through Processing) method has made some important projects on “Front-to-Back to Accounting” processes necessary.

OTC Conseil plays an active part in
major projects of business and cross-over process optimization.

Beyond optimization, we implement our own methodology
of Financial Management based on a Risk/Performance optimization approach.

We also lead both projects with a financial, IT, or organizational impact as well as strategic projects (master plans, outsourcing).
